Terms and Conditions for Boston Best Limo

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the provision of transportation services by Boston Best Limo. By booking and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Booking

  • Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Boston Best Limo. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email, text and/or phone communication from us.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times, number of passengers, and any special requests. Inaccurate information may result in delays or additional charges.

  • Minimum Rental Time: A minimum rental time may apply, depending on the service and vehicle type. Please inquire at the time of booking.

2. Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Quoted prices do not include gratuities or other surcharges unless explicitly stated.

  • Deposit/Full Payment: A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, especially for special events or extended rentals. The specific payment terms will be communicated to you during the booking process.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and cash payments.

  • Outstanding Balances: Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the start of the service or as otherwise agreed upon.

  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as extra stops, waiting times beyond the allotted grace period, cleaning fees for excessive mess, or damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their party.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Client Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund of any payments made.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time may result in a 50% cancellation fee of minimum $50 or forfeiture of the full payment, depending on the service and vehicle.

    • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

·         Special Events/Vehicle Types: Please note that for certain special events (e.g., proms, weddings, major holidays) or for larger/specialty vehicles (e.g., stretch limousines, party buses, Sprinter vans), a longer cancellation notice period may apply (e.g., 48 hours, 7 days, or more). This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and noted on your reservation confirmation.

  • Changes to Reservations: All changes to reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee them.

  • Company Cancellations: In the rare event that Boston Best Limo must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, driver unavailability), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative vehicle or service, if available. We are not liable for any further compensation beyond the refund.

4. Vehicle Use and Passenger Conduct

  • Capacity: The number of passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the booked vehicle.

  • Safety: Passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times. For safety reasons, standing through the sunroof or leaning out of windows is strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles:

    • Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping)

    • Illegal drug use

    • Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disruptive behavior

    • Vandalism or damage to the vehicle's interior or exterior

    • Engaging in any illegal activities

  • Damage to Vehicle: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party, including but not limited to spills, tears, burns, or excessive mess. A cleaning fee or repair cost will be assessed and charged to the client.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: Boston Best Limo is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure you have all your belongings before exiting the vehicle.

  • Driver Authority: Our drivers have the right to refuse service to any passenger who is unruly, intoxicated, or poses a threat to the safety of themselves, the driver, or the vehicle. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Delays and Force Majeure

  • Traffic and Road Conditions: Boston Best Limo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always strive to reach your destination safely and efficiently.

  • Mechanical Breakdown: In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle in a timely manner. We are not liable for any further compensation beyond the cost of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Boston Best Limo will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boston Best Limo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Massachusetts and United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Massachusetts.

9. Amendments

Boston Best Limo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on our website bostonbestlimo.com or upon request.
